Though I don't wear lipstick a ton, I do try to wear liner with anything that's not more sheer/balmy. Often I opt for a clear liner, simply because it's easy...but since last Fall I've found a closely matching liner actually seems to work better (it's easier to create my lip shape with a liner and then fill in vs. using a clear liner and then using the lipstick bullet to shape). Pretty Charlotte Tilbury heavy here, but what can I say...she makes a great product!!

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Berry Naughty (for my darker berry colors), Bad Romance (for my more purple-y vamps), Pillowtalk (this one is a tad more flattering than Iconic Nude so I've actually purged that one).

NARS Velvet Lip Liner in El Agua - This is a little too cool toned for most of my lipsticks, so I usually wear it with gloss or Chanel RCS in Intime (I'm still working on finishing it!). It's a little more creamy than the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheats, but it also doesn't seem to last quite as long.
