I was starting to feel overrun by samples and purged a bunch a couple of months ago, either giving them away or giving them as goodies for the blog sale. I was left with a small handful..an amount I felt was easily manageable, and that I could comfortably get through.
**No Press Samples. All of these were either gifts or samples obtained with purchases.**
...and here we are today. I'm feeling overrun again and am a little annoyed I let it happen in such a short period of time! LOL!! I left a few out, but you get the idea...
I was talking to Bronzer Bunny the other night and she has samples she'd like to get through as well. We thought it would be a good idea to make a concerted effort to use the samples, and we also thought it would be more fun if we did it together...so we are officially declaring that October is sample month AKA The October Sampler!!!
We are pretty excited to do a sample month, and were wondering if any of you out there would like to join us?? Here are our 'rules':
* Take a picture of the samples we have at the beginning of the month, so others know what we have to work through.
* The goal is to finish as many samples as possible, but if we don't like a multi-use sample then we aren't obligated to finish it unless we want to.
* Keep the samples that have been finished (or partially finished) to take a picture of at the end of the month.
* When we are done for the month, write up a post that includes the first picture with all the samples, and also the second picture that shows what we actually used.
