***Formally the Gummy Vision blog***

I'm a lady in her 40's who loves her beauty products! No makeup makeup is my game & pretty packaging gets me every time, though I'm willing to forgive that with skincare (but only if the product is effective!).

I'm a Stewardess who prefers quiet spaces and places, but I could talk all beauty all the time! Please enjoy your visit!

Fragrance Sample Storage

I finally went and organized my fragrance samples and took out all the ones I didn't like. OOooofffff…that was a headache-y day with sniffing so many samples!! Ha ha!! I've since acquired more samples, and need to run this exercise again…but…eh…my nose isn't looking forward to it. In the meantime, here's my current storage solution!!

I found this at target. Want to say it was $6-7??

This was inspired by all the cute little trays, containers and cleaned out candle jars I've seen on various blogs. I wanted something cute, yet big enough to be functional - a ziplock baggie just wasn't working! I've seen several posts where they take all the covers off and leave the little vials - great space savings but not so great when I'm trying to figure out what is what, and to do quickly :-)  So I leave most samples in their respective sleeves.

I do have a number of Jo Malone samples that don't have sleeves - for those I'm waiting for a small candle jar to be used up and cleaned out. Then I'll rearrange and sniff through what's in this basket to make room for the little jar!

Not bad, yes?!! I'm pretty excited that I've been able to whittle down the fragrances to mainly this amount. Next step is to actually use them, which is a whole other battle!! Dun dun duuuuuuun!!! Ha ha :-)  Do you have a special storage place for your fragrance samples?!
