***Formally the Gummy Vision blog***

I'm a lady in her 40's who loves her beauty products! No makeup makeup is my game & pretty packaging gets me every time, though I'm willing to forgive that with skincare (but only if the product is effective!).

I'm a Stewardess who prefers quiet spaces and places, but I could talk all beauty all the time! Please enjoy your visit!

An Oldie But Goodie! Smith's Rosebud Salve - In A Tube!

Smith's Rosebud Salve in a Tube, $6/.5oz @SephoraAnthropologieBeautyhabit.com

I love Smith's Rosebud Salve!! I had forgotten it was available in a tube until I was in Sephora awhile ago and saw it among the plastic bins of goodies surrounding the cash register line. I picked one up, then promptly ordered two more online! The color is absolutely perfect for an everyday balm/gloss - okay not really a color, but a natural lip enhancer!! Also try it for a touch of added gloss over lipstick.

I only wish it lasted longer on my lips during the day (I usually have to reapply hourly when I'm at work and talking a lot). But when I apply before bedtime it does last through the night. And the smell is a delicate rose scent that isn't overpowering by any sense and slowly fades (unlike the By Terry Baume de Rose, reviewed here). Plus this is great for those elbows, knees and cuticles!

I don't know what it is about Smith's Rosebud Salve...it's just one of those products that puts a smile on my face every time I use it :-)

Smith's Rosebud Salve ingredients: Petrolatum, cottonseed oil, trade secret perfume

Top is straight out of the tube, bottom is sheered out.
