Going Through My Stash of Mini Cleansers

I've been trying to make more of an effort to sort through my stash of deluxe size samples, and the easiest ones to use seem to be cleansers!

Mini Cleansers

You'll notice a few of these are empty - it's because I loved them THAT much!!

Empties:

  • Emma Hardie Amazing Face Moringa Cleansing Balm - This was a really good balm cleanser. It's one of those that turns into an oil, turns milky with warm water and then rinses off. It removed makeup as well as any other similar product I've tried. The only reason I wouldn't consider buying it again is because I don't feel like it rinses quite as clean nor does so quite as quickly as say, the Eve Lom one.
  • Dr Jart Dermaclear Micro Water - This was pretty darn fantastic. It's very similar to my beloved Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water, but just a little more amped up - supposed to tone and brighten while also being slightly moisturizing. It also contains 85% active hydrogen mineral water instead of refined water - that's actually what caught my eye more than anything. Anyway, my skin felt so clean and refreshed in a weird way...I say weird only because I didn't really think a micellar type cleanser would be refreshing?! Definitely on my future purchase list.
  • Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Miracle Cleanser - This was my favorite of the bunch, and I'll definitely be purchasing the full size when I get through some other cleansers. Made my skin feel soft, really clean, comfortable and the more creamy balm texture was such a pleasure to use. One of the bamboo cloths came with it, and OMG that thing is amazing and I'm sure part of the reason why I liked the cleanser so much. It is so, so, so gentle yet still manages to give a mild exfoliation - all without irritating my skin. Definitely purchases those at some point too!!
  • L'Occitane Shea Cleansing Oil - Didn't expect to love this one as much as I did. Dare say it might be my favorite cleansing oil I've ever tried, even more so than my own DIY one?!! The texture/consistency is nice and light, yet not too light to where you feel like it won't remove anything. And it does remove all my makeup and sunscreen. It's probably the cleanest and quickest rinsing oil cleanser I've tried as well. And it's got that signature L'Occitane Hand Cream scent I love (which some might not).

Still trying to use up but can't quite get myself to finish:

  • Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser - This one is just a little more emollient than I like...not surprising with 'nourishing' in the name...but I wanted to try it anyway. It removes makeup as well as any other oil cleanser. It also has a beautiful silky texture (not silicone feeling, just a silky oil feel), but it's just a little too much and I feel like it causes clogs. It's one to check out if you have drier skin, but if you're combo or oily I'd probably stay away.
  • Amore Pacific Treatment Cleansing Oil - Honestly I love this just as much as the L'Occitan one, except for the signature AP fragrance which seems especially potent in this product. I've used it twice and just can't take the strong fragrance. If it was lighter I'd use it up, but UGH. No. Buuuut...if you like the AP fragrance then it's a fantastic one to try!

Have you tried any of these cleansers?? What did you think??
