Claire @ From the Land of Lorp tagged me several months back to do the Addicted to Blush tag! 

It's funny because I don't really consider myself a blush addict, even though it's the one thing that always perks my face up! Blush lover...yes, that's what I prefer ha ha!! Lately I've been pretty fickle with colors and finishes - I'll use something for a bit and then suddenly it starts looking all wrong. So weird!

I have 18 blushes total. TOTAL. That's not much for a beauty lover??? And actually it would've been less, but I resurrected several from the purge pile after berating myself for getting rid of such beautiful things. I mean, everything deserves a second chance, yes?! Ok, but that's a topic for another time.

Onto the Tag questions!! 

1. What blush color suits you the most?

This changes constantly, depending on my mood so I don't really know how to answer this one! Sometimes I want pink and girly, sometimes I was very neutral, sometimes I want a little peachy pink glow! 

 2. Pressed, cream or loose blush?

Pressed by far. Can you tell?!! I love the effect of creams, but they require more time and elbow grease than I'm usually willing to put in. 

 3. Favorite shimmery blush?

At the moment, Tom Ford Frantic Pink...though it's not super shimmery. But the color is perfect...not too peach, not too pink...juuuust RIGHT!!

 4. Favorite matte blush?

Burberry Earthy. For me it's the perfect blush/contour/almost-bronzer that is beautiful alone or layered. And it blends beautifully.

 5. Favorite cream blush?

NARS Penny Lane. Compliments any lip color, any eye combo. Perfection in a blush!!

 6. Favorite drugstore blush?

I don't own any drugstore blushes. 

 7. Favorite high end blush?

Hmmmmm...hmmmmm...depends on my mood! But I guess it would be one of the 3 in the middle of the pic - Tom Ford Frantic Pink, Burberry Earthy or NARS Douceur. 

 8. Favorite bright blush?

I guess Chanel Fleur de Lotus, even though I don't think it's super bright once applied. 

 9. Biggest blush disappointment/regret?

Tom Ford Narcissist. I remember Lola posting that her SA had 3 left and I almost broke my arm trying to get to my phone quickly enough!! It was LE and really wasn't to be found anywhere except for eBay at prices higher than I was willing to pay. I totally S C O R E D, right?!!!

Not so fast. The color is gorgeous, stunning and brilliant in the pan, but on my skin it pulls too red and makes me look all patchy. This is one I pulled out of the purge pile just because. Just because, you know, one day my face might change and it might all of a sudden look amazing on me!!! Because, you know, it's LE!!!!!! 

10. Best blush packaging?

TOM FORD. Exactly :-)

11. What's on your blush wish list?

Hmmmmm...hmmmm...actually nothing at the moment - so weird!!! I have a wish list overflowing with other things though!! But I guess if I was forced to say something it would be to add to my Tom Ford Collection. 

12. Number 1 Holy Grail Blush?

Nars Penny Lane, hands down. STILL trying to find a powder dupe for it, both in color and close finish. I've been given suggestions, but they never quite pan out. Sigh. Until then I hardly ever touch this one, even though I know it'll soon go bad, if it hasn't already. I don't dare get too close just in case it is indeed bad and I have to throw it out :-(  Boooooooooo.
