What better way to end the month than with some haulage pics?!!

Ok, not a haul pic!

But before we get into it, I wanted to make my defense because March ended up being a perfect storm:

1. Birthday month. I've been told time and again that birthday months don't count. 

2. I had a weird couple of weeks (or more?) where my blush looked so powdery and just not very nice no matter what I did. It didn't matter the color or brand, it all looked crap. I didn't know if it was my skincare, or if I simply needed a change in makeup with things like luminizers and cream blush??? Bottom line...I wasn't feeling good about it and wanted it fixed ASAP. 

3. Boredom. After a couple of months of minimal buying, I was feeling twitchy, plus there was that age ol' beauty lover issue of simply being bored with your stash.

This was the first lot & was posted on Instagram. Purchased from SpaceNK in order to get the birthday gift (gwp-size Diptyque Figuier candle), because you're kind of obligated to get the birthday gifts!! Plus they always have the best samples!

I accidentally put the new Burberry Pale Barley in here because I was confused what month I bought it, but it was actually in February so it doesn't count ha ha!

Also, not pictured but they do count...Aesop Parsley Seed Mask, of which has been on my wish list forEVER and the NUDE Omega Cleansing Jelly (completely hooked after trying a sample).

Here are some birthday gifts from my family and friends who know what I like!!! These won't count in my New In totals.

Diptyque Feu De Bois mini candle (favorite candle ever), Kevyn Aucoin The Precision Liquid Liner (wanted it after reading this post), Laura Mercier Paint Wash Liquid Lip Colour (spoiler: it's pretty darn fantastic!).

There are a few loves already (seriously, it's been a GREAT month for new discoveries), and a few items that will be returned which I'll show in a future Return To Sender post - some of the items I didn't show because they were dislikes before I had a chance to take a picture and I already knew they wouldn't count for my totals.
