Swatched: Rouge Bunny Rouge Original Skin Blush in Delicata and Gracilis

My journey into Rouge Bunny Rouge continues...

Rouge Bunny Rouge Original Skin Blush in Delicata and Gracilis, $28 @ Beautyhabit. Also available from en.rougebunnyrouge.com though international shipping applies.

Left - Delicata. Right - Gracilis.

These have taken up permanent residence in my makeup bag for the past few weeks, and may I say they have been the perfect travel companions!!! For one, I love the packaging...super cute and very travel friendly - they are about the size of Kevyn Aucoin The Elegant Lipgloss, La Mer Lip Balm and Rodin Lip Balm compacts!! They hardly take up any room at all, so it's not big deal to have both colors (or more??) in my bag. You might say, but Gummy...you don't get as much product! But really...when was the last time you finished a blush? Perhaps with this size you might have a blush empty one day!! LOL!

The texture on this blush is so easy to work with...blends into my skin with ease, and with minimal brush work required. I've been using the Suqqu and Tom Ford Cheek Brushes. I wouldn't say this is creamy like the Burberry blushes, but the formula is definitely smoooooth and silky. For me, this formula tends to impart a lighter flush of color, but can be built up when desired. I usually overdo blush, so I appreciate the lighter touch of color this gives!!

Delicata and Gracilis are very wearable and versatile. There is subtle shimmer, but I don't notice it once applied. Delicata has been a wonderful addition to my collection because it's a more neutral color that I didn't have - I'll definitely buy this again. Gracilis is beautiful, but I feel I have similar colors. I'll repurchase Gracilis once I've hit pan on my other, similar colors. Overall...I'm pretty smitten with these blushes :-)
