Bite Beauty, L-R: mini Lip Shine in Prosecco, Color and Shine To Go mini set (Lip Shine in Sante, Luminous Creme Lipstick in Pepper and in Fig), Luminous Creme Lipstick in Shiraz, Honey Lip Laquer in Dolcetto.

All from Sephora...

mini Lip Shine in Prosecco, 100 point perk (full-size is $20/.12oz)

Color and Shine To Go mini set, $15

Luminous Creme Lipstick, $24/.13oz

Honey Lip Laquer, $24/.13oz

These are my Bite Beauty goodies from Sephora! Though I'd randomly seen this brand mentioned on MakeupAlley, I wasn't that interested until I did a search on the Sephora site looking for new lip gloss. What caught my attention was reading that each Bite Beauty product contains the amount of resveratrol equal to five glasses of red wine. Each product is also made with food grade ingredients - meaning you could actually eat your lipstick along with your tea time mini muffin!

What's also interesting is that the full size versions of the Luminous Creme Lipsticks have caps shaped according to color personality. For example, this color Shiraz is in the Neutral color family, so the cap is shaped with a natural slant. It signifies, that you are 'a

lways calm under pressure, you take your time with things, even when applying your lipstick. Perfectly even, your lipstick moulds into a natural slant which reflects your trustworthy and likeable nature'. Other color personalities are Reds, Pinks and Berries (check here for other descriptions and shapes).

The Honey Lip Laquer is in a glass container, which gives it a nice heft and feels a bit luxurious. I forgot to check in store if the Lip Shines are glass as well, but the minis are clear plastic. In person the black plastic is a lot more matte than it showed up in the pics. It's even more matte than NARS packaging. Oh, and they all smell and taste like berry flavored Life Savers :-)

So far I find the Lip Shine and Honey Lip Laquer to all be moisturizing and very comfortable. Sante and Dolcetto seem to stain my lips a tad, so as I reapply throughout the day the color seems to get a stronger. The Lip Laquer feels heavier and thicker, but I find it lasts longer than the Lip Shine. Dolcetto is a really great color for layering...it is beautiful on its own but it also tones down other colors if they are too bright.

The Luminous Creme Lipsticks are probably some of the most moisturizing lipsticks I own. They glide on super smooth and feel really good on. I'm a pretty die hard gloss wearer but I am trying to wear lipstick more often - I'm already thinking about other colors I'd like to have from this line so that's a very good sign!
