Usually I'm disappointed with the Sephora VIB program. I tend to hover around 3000 points, and I tell you this not to boast or yell about how much I shop there - those points are an absolute testament to how rarely I like the sample/reward offerings. But in the last few months I've seen a marked improvement in the available choices, and finally feel someone in charge is trying to make some changes for the better. This week I was in the Manhattan Beach, CA Sephora and was pleasantly surprised with a VIB Sampler Bag...and...wait...it was free with purchase - NO exchange for points necessary! While I won't use everything, I do think this is a nice idea, and helps rethink my tone toward the VIB program :-)
