Last meal on earth (dessert included)...what would it be?: This is difficult. Maybe I'd go with an excellent salad with tons of fresh/seasonal veggies, fresh herbs, and a bright citrusy dressing, with really good, fresh sourdough bread and good butter (salted). Or maybe I could have several excellent different salads (including salads with grains, cooked veggies, etc). And ice cream for dessert!

Last meal on earth (dessert included)...what would it be?: This is a trick question, isn't it? The first thing that came to my mind is some Korean hot and spicy broth with lots of meat. If I were to go, I'd want my stomach to be warm.
What's the last book you read?: Guilty... haven't had time to read anything since baby is born. But last year, right before I gave birth, I read a cookbook because I was addicted to baking. That counts right?

What is one beauty related feature you love about yourself?: My brows. I'm lucky to have genetically full and shapely brows. They look pretty good (from afar) even when I let them grow wild and free.
What is one non-beauty related feature you love about yourself? : My ability to laugh! I laugh at all my own jokes.... I'm totally that person. Eventually I'll make you laugh to, even if you're laughing AT me!
What are 2 things you admire in others?: Perseverance. It's easy to admire someone who devotes years of schooling or self-study to perfect a skill I don't have. That's everything from whatever industry you may be in, or whatever hobby you enjoy.
Openness. In some cases I hold back and at other times I say way too much: I'm still figuring out that balance! I think you can be yourself without going too far toward either end of the spectrum.
Last meal on earth (dessert included)...what would it be?: I can't say I have a preference for the actual "meal". But who says you can't make dessert into a meal? My answer is tiramisu from Kopp's Frozen Custard in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA! Creamy espresso frozen custard, big chunks of spongey ladyfingers, delicious fudge swirls... you can't lose!
What's the last book you read?: A Jane Austen Education, by William Deresiewicz. It's an autobiography that follows the author over several decades of growing up in NYC. At pivotal moments in his life he realized how relatable Austen's works really were. Even though I don't enjoy Austen I've seen tons of Austen derivatives (such as Clueless) and recommend the miniseries "Lost in Austen" to everyone. I really liked this book, it was a cool way to understand Austen and it was a fun read.

What is one non-beauty related feature you love about yourself? : That I can be still and not have to talk or be around people all the time. I love my quiet time :-)
What are 2 things you admire in others?:
1. The ability to talk to anyone, anywhere. One of my cousins and my best friend are both like this and I always wish I had the same talent! Sometimes, I flat out don't know what to say to people, and/or I get my words all twisted and end up sounding like a mad woman I'm sure...I find social situations awkward in large groups especially!
2. Physical strength, agility and talent whether it's a rock climber, master in Tai Chi or watching an Olympic swimmer. It amazes me what the body can do.
Last meal on earth (dessert included)...what would it be?: Cashew Chicken from Amarin Thai in San Diego. For dessert...Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe, with sour cream / cream cheese / chocolate frosting!!
